Become A Table Captain
Sign up to be a Table Captain by December 31st and receive
(a) 4 bottles of wine at your Gala table
(b) be in a drawing (Table Captains only) to win a stay at the Hyatt Century Plaza Hotel
Table Captains help HRC sell tickets to the Gala by encouraging their friends, family and colleagues to attend. You may consider asking your company to sponsor a table for your co-workers and guests!
Table Captains try and invite at least 10 guests to fill a table at the Gala Dinner.
Table Captains are recognized on the event's invitation, Program Guide and Gala web site.
You have help! Robin Winston at LPA helps Table Captains follow-up with people on their guest list, co-ordinate payment etc. If you are not able to sell 10 tickets, HRC will arrange for other guests to be seated at your table.
